XelzStudio ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle information when you use our developer tools.

1. Information We Collect

We strictly limit the data we collect. When you authenticate using Google, we store your basic profile information (Name, Email Address, Profile Picture). This data is strictly used to assign Daily Quotas.

2. Handling of Audio Files & Third-Party Services

XelzStudio acts as a passthrough processing service:

• Third-Party API: To provide our conversion services, the YouTube URLs you submit are sent to external third-party API providers for audio extraction. We do not control these external servers.
• No Storage: Files are processed dynamically in secure server temporary directories and are permanently deleted immediately upon successful processing or failure. We do not archive, listen to, or permanently host any user content.
• No Logging of Media: We do not keep databases of YouTube URLs or the resulting Audio files processed by our users.
• YouTube API Services: This website utilizes YouTube API Services to display trending audio. By using this application, users are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Payment Processing

If you choose to upgrade, payments are processed securely via Midtrans. We never see, collect, or store your credit card or sensitive financial information.

4. Cookies & Security

We do not use tracking cookies for marketing. We use local storage purely to hold your secure session token to keep you logged in.
