1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using XelzStudio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. XelzStudio provides automated audio-tuning tools specifically designed to help developers.

2. Accounts, Authentication & Security

XelzStudio may allow users to sign in through Google or create an account using an email address and password. If you use email authentication, you may be required to verify your email address using a one-time password (OTP).

• You must provide an email address that you are authorized to use.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account access confidential.
• You must not attempt to access another user's account, intercept OTP codes, bypass verification, brute-force passwords, or abuse the authentication system.
• You must not automate OTP requests, create accounts for abusive purposes, or intentionally overload authentication endpoints.

We may temporarily restrict, suspend, or permanently disable accounts or network access when we reasonably detect fraud, credential attacks, automated abuse, attempts to bypass quotas, or other activity that threatens the service or its users.

3. User Responsibility and Fair Use

By utilizing our services, you explicitly agree that you will:

• Only submit URLs or upload audio files for content that you own.
• Not use this tool for illegal activities or copyright infringement.
• Not abuse the service for harmful or unauthorized purposes.
• Ensure that any audio output generated and subsequently uploaded complies entirely with the Terms of Use and Community Standards of the platform you are publishing to.

4. Premium Access & Refunds

XelzStudio offers optional "Premium Access" tiers to bypass daily conversion limits. Due to the digital nature of the service and instant activation, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. XelzStudio reserves the right to modify the features or quotas associated with free and premium tiers at any time. Any unwarranted payment chargebacks or disputes opened through PayPal or credit card issuers after a service has been rendered will result in an immediate and permanent suspension of your XelzStudio account.

5. Limitation of Liability

XelzStudio acts strictly as an automated, temporary processing node. We do not permanently host, index, or distribute user media. Any legal consequences, account moderation, or damages arising from the misuse of copyrighted audio rest entirely and solely upon the user. XELZSTUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. Service Abuse

Any attempt to disrupt our infrastructure will result in a permanent ban. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or unofficial APIs to process files.
• Attempting to artificially bypass daily conversion limits or premium gateways.
• Uploading malicious files intended to exploit our processing servers.
